Medical Malpractice Injury
Look no one wants to find themselves in a situation where they are dealing with a medical injury case. Unfortunately, I know that all too well with the double whammy that hit me a couple of years ago. Fortunately, I found an excellent personal attorney because otherwise, this would have been bad.
This started with a slip and fall case. Bad enough when you have a neighbor that doesn’t take care of their sidewalks, but this slip happened off a sheet of ice on the walkway at work…a full two days after the last storm. A broken leg, broken arm, and concussion later and I can easily say that was not my most exceptional winter day.
There was no excuse for this at work, and I’m glad my wife went looking for an attorney right away but then before we even had time to find one came strike number two: the botched surgery.
The Original Injury Wasn’t The Main Culprit.
There was no reason that broken arm should have resulted in permanent muscle and nerve damage, but the gun didn’t get better. Not the way it should have. And a second opinion made it clear that the original injury wasn’t the main culprit. Just like that as if slip and fall weren’t bad enough now I had a medical malpractice suit, as well.
Thank god for good versatile personal injury attorneys! I don’t know where I’d be without ours!
